The Borlotti Beanie is made from 100% un-dyed recycled polyester.  We do not color the polyester material as we have yet to develop a dye process that is environmentally friendly.  So not dying the yarn allows us to use about 30% less water and avoid chemicals that would be in the dye process. This beanie is the epitome of comfort, and the double layer construction makes this beanie great for cool to cold temps.
